How long does it take to process my order?
All orders ship within 2-3 business days of payment.
What if my product arrived in damaged condition or part of my order is missing?
Please email a clear photo to Service@wildthera.com along with your Order ID. We will be happy to resolve any issues.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please email us at Service@wildthera.com with the ORDER ID. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes to your order once it has been placed, but we will do our best. If we were not able to make changes to your order before shipping, then upon arrival, simply write “Return to Sender” on the package and dispatch it back to the mail carrier (package must be unopened). Once we receive the package at our facility, we will issue a full product refund minus any shipping and transaction charges.

We offer Free First Class shipping within the US on all orders over $25.
Shipping to Canada starts as low as $9.00 USD.
Shipping to All Other Countries starts as low as $12 USD.
Rates are calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can I track my order online?
Orders shipped within the US can be tracked online. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. For orders shipped outside the US, tracking availability depends on the destination and the shipping service selected.

What is the shelf life of your products?
All unopened products that have been stored in proper conditions (cool & dry place) should be good for 24 months. If you open the tin and the product looks good and smells good – then it is good.
Once the balm is opened, the product life varies. Our balms use no chemicals, stabilizers or preservatives. Additional factors like storage, temperature and humidity also have effects on product life. Life span can also be affected by cleanliness of your fingers when you scoop out the balm.
What are the proper storage conditions so my products stays fresh longer?
All our products must be stored in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is not required. Do not leave the products exposed to high temperatures, humidity or repeated freezing and thawing.
My balm melted. Can I still use it?
Usually Yes. Balms will melt when exposed to high heat. Simply keep your balm in a cool, dry place and it will solidify and you can reuse it.
Are Wild Thera products safe if I’m pregnant or nursing?
Our products are made with Natural and Organic ingredients, herbs, oils and beeswax. But to be safe, we always suggest you speak with your doctor prior to using Wild Thera products.
How do I perform a skin patch test?
Gently rub a small amount of the balm on the underside of your forearm and wait for about 15-20 minutes. If you have any reactions to the product, then please do not use it.
